Textile Forum London March 2012

Textile Forum is London's most exclusive fashion fabric show, aimed at designers, small to medium sized manufacturers, dressmakers and retail fabric specialists looking for high quality fashion fabrics from UK and Continental mills.  Exhibitors all offer small minimums and many also have stock and short order fabrics as well as collections for forward order.

An interesting exhibition that I think all students/small designers should check out.

Capsule Fashion Collection - Womens wear - SS12- Vie by V

I am currently in the process of designing and making a very small capsule collection for SS12. The advantage of a capsule collection is that there is a fast turnover. Where production, manufacture and marketing the garment is involved.
